CEO & Founder
Anton Hilton
Anton is our CEO and the mastermind behind this company, which he built from scratch 10 years ago - probably while surviving on caffeine and sheer determination. Now it’s grown massively, and so has his to-do list. Some say he doesn’t sleep; we’re starting to believe he’s powered entirely by ambition and Wi-Fi.
COO
Anthony Hautin
Anthony is our COO, but every now and then he dabbles in sales and absolutely nails it - like a hammer in a kilt. Oh, did we mention he’s Scottish? That means his charm comes with an accent so good it practically closes deals on its own.
CTO
Shaun Halladay
Shaun is our CTO, the wizard behind the curtain making sure everything on the tech side runs smoothly. He’s always busy, juggling code, servers, and probably some coffee too. One fun fact? He hates emojis. Naturally, we couldn’t resist adding a few just to keep things interesting.
Lead Developer
Sanchit Varshney
Sanchit is our lead developer, and honestly, we’re starting to think he’s part machine. He gets things done so fast and with zero stress, it’s like he’s found a secret cheat code for life. While the rest of us are sweating deadlines, he’s over there casually finishing tasks like, “What’s next?”
Account Manager
Kerry Eaves
Kerry is our account manager with infinite patience and a knack for making onboarding onto the Reffle® platform a breeze. Need to speak to her on the phone? No problem - she’ll call you back right after her meeting (because, let’s be honest, she’s probably already on another call saving the day).
Customer Support / PA
Alice Takacs
Alice is like a customer service superhero - except her cape is covered in Intercom chats. Whether it’s logging bug tickets, suggesting new features, or delivering top-tier advice, she’s your go-to wizard behind the keyboard. She brings a little Eastern European flair to everything she does, which just makes it all the more impressive.
Business Development Manager
Hugh Gallie
Hugh is our sales guy with a personality so big it could sell itself - but luckily, he uses it to sell Reffle® sites instead. Whether he’s demoing the platform, answering a million questions, or charming potential customers into signing up, he’s always on the move. Constantly on call, he’s the guy who makes sure no lead goes untouched and no deal goes unclosed.
Developer
Joshua Green
Josh is a developer and the ultimate chill guy. While the rest of us are running around in chaos, he’s casually sipping an energy drink, smashing out code, and fixing bugs like it’s no big deal. Honestly, we’re not sure if he’s powered by caffeine or just pure Zen.
Developer
Davide Castelli
Davide is our developer, known for taking his time to make sure everything he works on is just right - like a true Italian perfectionist. Oh, and yes, he’s Italian, so don’t be surprised if his code comes with extra style and maybe a side of pasta.
Senior Developer
Javier Candela
Javier is one of our developers and quite literally the coldest guy in the office - no, not his attitude, just his body temperature. He’s always freezing and cranking up the heat like it’s a sauna. Oh, and he’s Spanish, so we’re still trying to figure out how someone from such a sunny place is permanently shivering.
Lead Developer
Nicolás Wernli
Nico is our developer from Spain, and he’s as chill as a siesta on a sunny afternoon. Always nice, always calm - he’s the guy who somehow stays cool even when everyone else is losing their minds. We’re pretty sure he’s powered by good vibes and tapas.
UX & UI Designer
Levente Séllei
Levi is our UX & UI designer based in Spain, bringing fresh creativity and seamless user experiences to every Reffle® website. With an eye for detail and a knack for intuitive design, he ensures that every site looks amazing and functions flawlessly.
Video Content Creator
Anisa Lone
Anisa has joined the team to create stunning videos for our social media. Whether it's promo clips, behind-the-scenes content, or engaging storytelling, she makes sure Reffle® stands out in the digital space. Her creativity and editing skills bring our brand to life like never before.
Senior Developer
Jamie Simpson
Jamie is our senior developer and brings a strong Scottish flair to the team - along with some serious coding expertise. Whether he’s debugging an issue, refining code, or keeping things running smoothly, his precision and experience make all the difference. Plus, his accent adds a bit of extra charm to every team meeting.
Strategic Technology Advisor
Duncan Lewis
Duncan is the mastermind behind making everything run smoother, faster, and more efficiently at Reffle®. Focused on process improvements and automation, he’s always on the lookout for ways to optimise our workflows and remove unnecessary hassle. Oh, and if you see a little sausage dog wandering around the office, that’s Milo - Duncan’s trusty sidekick and our unofficial team mascot.
